Meet Julie Pepper, Lead Hair Technician
Julie has played a prominent role in the success and growth of UFP for the past 20 years. Starting as a medical assistant and lab technician, she quickly demonstrated her dedication and expertise, advancing her skills with certifications in phlebotomy and hair restoration assistance. Over the years, Julie has taken on increasingly important roles, eventually becoming our Clinical Director before transitioning into the position of Lead Hair Restoration Technician in 2016. In this role, she works closely with our doctors, manages surgery scheduling, oversees the clinic's day-to-day operations, and ensures that every hair transplant patient receives the highest level of care. Known for her hardworking nature and vibrant personality, Julie is a cherished team member who keeps the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
